To expedite the service of your product, please follow the directions for the online service request below.
If you bought from a local dealer, please handle the warranty claim with them.
When sending an item into our service center we ask that you:
- Complete a Service Request Form including a description of the issue. Select "Technical Product Support" as the reason for the request.
- Wait for confirmation of support
- Include a printed copy of the Service Request Form along with your item
- If the item is within the manufacturer's warranty period, include a dated sales receipt (copies are acceptable)
