Warranty cases will be handled by the place of purchase. Please file your claim with your local dealer if you did not order from Horizon Hobby directly.

The guarantee period for batteries is 6 months. The guarantee period for all products, with the exception of batteries, is 1 year. The warranty period is 2 years. This means that if the product has a defect due to a manufacturing fault within 2 years of the delivery date, we will exchange or repair the product free of charge. After one year from the date of delivery, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
