Warranty cases will be handled by the place of purchase. Please file your claim with your local dealer if you did not order from Horizon Hobby directly.

The guarantee period is 1 year. The warranty period is 2 years. This means that if the goods have a defect as a result of a production defect within 2 years from the date of delivery, we will replace or repair them free of charge. After 1 year from the delivery date, the customer must prove the defect was present at the time of delivery.
